Buon appetito

FLIP-FLOPS SANDWICHES

I am here with a recipe perfect for your summer, pic nic or fast lunches where your little ones are the main guests ... I saw the recipe for this sandwich on "Dolci" and I have not been able to resist the idea : it is sufficient to adjust the ingredients to my personal and on vacation children, to have some "oh, so cute!" and the resulting "ooh They're great!!" for lunch.

The ingredients I used are:
. 8 slices of bread, without crust and soft
. 2 peppers (1 yellow and 1 red)
. 40 g of dried beef (or any sausage , ham, mortadella you prefer)
. 40 g slinzegha (or any other ham o sausage you prefer)
. 2 mozzarella
. 2 tomatoes
. few leaves of salad
.
mayonnaise (optional)
Giustifica
To prepare, rounded edges of the slices of bread, giving them the shape of a slipper thongs. Spread them if you like, with mayonnaise. Fill each sandwich with a slice of lettuce, salami or dried beef, half the sliced mozzarella, half tomato slices and to give it a somewhat "crunchy" if you likeadd some thin strips of bell pepper.
Put the flip-flop together and practiced on the slice through two holes on the edges and the third on the middle of short side. Cut 8 strips of bell pepper and place the ends in the little hole getting our flip-flops tasty.
Bon appetite
Dani
